By accessing, using and/or downloading materials from this site, you agree on your own behalf and on behalf of each entity on whose behalf you act to the terms of this Privacy Policy as amended from time to time and to the practices for the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information as described here. Yootrain respects your privacy. Yootrain recognizes that you have a reasonable expectation of privacy, and we recognize the importance of protecting that privacy. As a matter of principle, Yootrain is committed to safeguarding your confidential information obtained through our web site.
Collection and Use of Client Information
Yootrain collects, uses, and retains information about you through our web site to identify and communicate with you. We collect and use this information to provide you with products and services that you initiate to help us respond to specific questions that you ask; and to inform you (or have our Providers and/or suppliers inform you) about other products and services that may be of interest to you. We may also use this information to comply with certain laws and regulations that may apply to us, or to an affiliate and to help us design or improve our products and services. If you become a customer of Yootrain ("Client"), you will provide us with other information about you in order to facilitate transactions that you may initiate through the Yootrain application platform (“Platform”). This information will be provided to all Yootrain content providers ("Providers") so that if you purchase goods or services from a Yootrain provider, the transaction can be accomplished efficiently and online. All Providers have agreed to use commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard the information that is provided to them about Clients, and they are prohibited contractually from using the information for any purpose other than completing Platform transactions. We may also disclose information about you to the banks and other financial institutions who are Clients of or otherwise a part of the Platform. Although we do not generally sell, rent, distribute or provide your personal information to third parties who are not Providers, we do aggregate personal information about Clients and the electronic commerce conducted through the Platform in order to, among other things, compile and distribute statistics and general Platform information about the Clients.
Maintenance of Accurate Information
Keeping your information accurate and current is very important. If you ever find that our records are incomplete, inaccurate or not current, please contact Yootrain immediately at support@yootrain.com. We will correct the information as quickly as possible.
Employee Access to Confidential Information
All of our employees are required to follow our employee privacy policy. The employee privacy policy provides that employees are obligated to keep Client information confidential and never to discuss or disclose such information inside or outside of Yootrain unless it is required to transact proper Yootrain business. This obligation continues once an employee has left our company. We have policies and security procedures restricting employee access to personal client information to those employees with a business reason to know such information. We actively educate our employees and associates to recognize the importance of the confidentiality of Client information and we may take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce employee privacy responsibilities.
Protection of Information via Established Security Procedures
Yootrain maintains security standards and procedures to help prevent unauthorized access to confidential information about you. We update and test our technology to improve the protection of our information about you and to help assure the integrity of our information.
Restrictions on Disclosure of Account Information
Access and sharing of information about you within various service divisions, suppliers, vendors, Providers and affiliates occurs only to the extent appropriate to evaluate, structure and facilitate the services you have requested, to evaluate that the products and services that you currently have are appropriate, or to inform you of other services that may be of interest to you.
Maintaining Client Privacy in Business Relationships with Third Parties
From time to time we contract with outside third parties and other businesses to perform specific services in support of our services and the products and services of the Providers. When it is necessary to provide confidential information to a third party, the providers that we select are expected to adhere to similar privacy standards as that of Yootrain. We require that such providers agree to safeguard any confidential information regarding a Yootrain Client. Information may also be exchanged with other organizations or provided when legally required or permitted in the case of criminal investigations. We may also share information concerning you in the following instances:
- When it is necessary or helpful in completing a transaction;
- When you authorize us;
- To other companies, financial institutions and networks which may be involved in processing your Yootrain transactions;
- In response to requests by appropriate examining agencies, law enforcement entity, independent auditors, consultants or lawyers.
- Of course, should we ever transfer the business of Yootrain to another entity, we would transfer the information about you in connection with that transaction.
Changes to Privacy Policy and Practices

We use strong encryption technology to protect the privacy of confidential information supplied to us. However, we do not guarantee complete security, as it does not exist on the Internet.Cache Storage of Information
