What are the Advantages of Web-Based Software?
First, what does web-based software really mean?Web-Based Software is software you use over the Internet with a web browser. You don’t have to install any CDs, download any software, or worry about upgrades. If you use an online bank or web-based email program like Gmail, Hotmail, or Yahoo Mail then you’ve already used web-based software before.
And why is it better for my personal training business?
When you use web-based software you don't have to worry about anything technical — you can just do your work. We handle all the security, maintenance, backups, upgrades and “IT staff” stuff. You can stay focused on what you're good at and we'll handle the rest.
Web-based software is safer.
With traditional software, users save data on their laptops, USB drives, or portable hard drives. It’s not as safe as it sounds. Laptops are stolen, computers are rarely backed up properly, and it’s unlikely everyone’s machines are up to date with the latest security patches and updates. When you use our web-based software, your data is stored on secure, always-updated, backed-up daily enterprise-class servers in a state-of-the-art, secure data center.
Everything is together in one place.
A key advantage to web-based software is that all your data is centralized and accessible over the web from any computer at any time. You can’t leave something on the wrong computer since everything is stored in one place online. You can get to it from anywhere. Safe, secure, and password protected, of course.
You’re always using the latest and greatest.
Unlike traditional software that requires you to download and install updates yourself, our products are updated automatically. Whenever you use Yootrain you’re always using the latest and greatest version.
There’s nothing to install.
With our software there’s nothing to download or install. Just log in with the web-browser you already have (Internet Explorer, Safari, or Firefox). It’s just like your online bank or web-based email program.
You’ll never have to ask “Is it compatible?”
Our software works on any platform with a web browser and Internet connection. Mac, Windows, Linux are all supported.

Can we install Yootrain on our own servers ?
We don’t offer installable versions of our platform. Our services are only available as hosted products. We maintain the servers, the security, all the updates and improvements so you don’t have to worry about anything.back to top
Do you provide phone support ?
We provide unlimited support via email for our paying members, but we do not provide support over the phone. We do our best to respond to every email within just a few hours of receiving it. We strive to make sure one of the company owners or a knowledgeable Yootrain employee answers the email.back to top
Are there any sign up fees? Termination fees? Any hidden fees we should know about ?
Absolutely not. We think one-time extra fees aren’t the right way to do business. We don’t charge signup fees, termination fees, or any additional fees. The price you pay is simply the fixed monthly or yearly fee based on the membership option you've chosen.back to top
How does your refund policy work?
Yootrain is a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go service, so we don’t provide refunds. You are billed every 30 days for the service. You can cancel the service at any time and you won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred. For those who have chosen our yearly membership option, you won’t be billed again until your 12-month membership is due for renewal.back to top
Can we pay for Yootrain a year in advance? Do you accept PO’s or payment by check ?
We only accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). You can pay monthly or yearly. Once you’ve signed up you can set up payment details on your profile/billing info page.back to top

Do you have an affiliate or reseller program? Do you white label your technology ?
We don’t currently have a reseller program, but we do offer a referral program. For those customers who refer others who sign up for paid service, they will receive 1 free month of service, regardless of the membership option they have chosen. For more information on our referral program, contact members@yootrain.com. There is no limit to the number of referrals our customers can make.
